The TouchAmerica Commitment is simple: create a line of the highest quality products, provide the ultimate in customer service, and set the standard of quality for the industry. Our goal is to keep our clients at the forefront of their profession.
Production and Delivery
We stock many of the products we carry. However, delivery times may vary according to product and season. Please ask your customer service representative for estimated ship times.
Payment Terms
We accept all major credit cards. TouchAmerica products are net 30 on established accounts. Specialty items will be billed separately. Credit approval may take up to two weeks.
Shipping and Handling
We shop for the most competitive shipping rates. Additional fees charged by freight companies for special services will be billed to you at cost. Treatment tables being shipped motor freight to a location not serviced by a dock may require lift-gate service. Call for quotation. Special Handling Fee of $15 added to orders under $100, in addition to shipping charges.
Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them within 30 days for a complete refund (excluding custom orders and freight). Call us for a ‘Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA)’ number. Some exceptions may apply.
Note: Products must be in new condition and returned in original packing material.
Returns
A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required from TouchAmerica to return an item. Items returned without this number will be refused. A restocking charge may apply to any returned item.
Service and Warranty
TouchAmerica manufactures a wide range of products and warranties vary. In order to keep your table in top operating condition we recommend it receive an inspection/tune-up twice yearly by a qualified technician. Connections may naturally loosen over time due to the various pressures this table will be exposed to during daily use; to guard against this, a routine preventive maintenance schedule should be followed. If these connections are left untightened, damage to your table and/or squeaking may result.
Warranties for our products are as follows:
Professional Treatment Tables
Ten years on structure, (structure excludes foam, fabric, and all electric/motorized components). One year on electronics and mechanical/electrical.
Portable Tables and QuickLite Chairs
Five years on structure. Structure excludes foam and fabric.
Hydrotherapy Equipment
Wet tables, showers and tubs two years on structure, one year manufacturer’s warranty on mechanical and electrical.
Fabric/Miscellaneous - Not warranted on any tables or other equipment. All accessories and options made by TouchAmerica carry a one-year warranty. Fabric and foam not warranted on any tables or other equipment. Hot Towel Cabis carry a one-year warranty. All accessories and options not manufactured by TouchAmerica carry the manufacturer’s warranty.
