Things to consider when placing an order
All orders must be received by a signed fax to insure the order is correct. A portion of the total order must be received before production begins; the balance is due before shipping.

All products are thoroughly inspected before shipping, but in the event of freight damage, it is imperative that you note it on the transit receipt. This will allow TouchAmerica to expedite rectifying your situation.
