The Great Spa Conversation A note from Robin:
The Great Spa Conversation was a first attempt at blogging before blogging was real. Our hope was to understand and define what the essence of the spa experience really was. I still believe it has wonderful root concepts and would love to thank all the people who contributed their wisdom, hope and dreams for a new 21st century profession that would change the world. A deep debt of gratitude goes to ISPA and the incredible ISPA community for creating the space for such meaningful dialogue in the early years of the spa industries development.
